  Didn't tell me anything about wheel balancing and sold me wrong sized tyres!
  
  I came here when my car started making funny squeaking noises.
  
  (I think it's worth pointing out that I am a complete novice when it comes to tyres and made this quite clear to the tyre man at ETS tyres that I needed good advice as I didn't really have a clue.)
  
  Anyway, the guy told me that my two rear tyres needed replacing. He put two brand new ones on for £120 in total.
  
  Three days later on the motorway, the steering wheel started vibrating dramatically. I really thought the car was going to breakdown. Upon reaching my destination I had the tyres checked and was told that whoever had replaced the tyres:
  
  A) Hadn't balanced the wheels
  and
  B) Had put the wrong sized tyres on!
  
  I then had to fork out a further £20 to have the tyres balanced as there was no way I could go back onto the motorway with the car behaving the way it was.
  
  I am so angry about this as I trusted this dude to do a proper job, give me good advice and not do me out! He clearly hasn't worked in my best interests and has just done what he had to, to get the money out of my pocket and me off his forecourt as quickly as possible!
  
  Very poor!
